Elementz 4 Real invites its kind users to view the following General Conditions of Sale which govern the purchase of goods and the control of orders completed on the site.
1. Termination of the contract and delivery of the goods
1.1 Each order that takes place on www. elementz4real.com involves the stipulation of a purchase contract.
1.2 By completing a purchase on the website www. elementz4real.com the customer implements a binding order for the objects included in the virtual shopping cart. Once the order is completed, Elementz 4 Real will send a purchase confirmation e-mail to the customer within 3 hours.
The purchase contract is to be considered concluded when the customer receives the order confirmation. In the event that no order confirmation is received by the customer within the term established in this art. 1.2., The order is to be considered rejected by Elementz 4 Real and therefore invalid.
In the event that the customer does not receive any confirmation of the order within the term indicated in this art. 1.2., The order must be considered rejected by Elementz 4 Real and, therefore, invalid. Orders for which the customer has made an advance payment will be shipped when Elementz 4 Real receives the full payment as well as any shipping costs. Payment must necessarily be sent no later than 7 days from order confirmation.
1.3 In the event that the items forming part of the order should not be available for reasons not attributable to Elementz 4 Real, the customer will be promptly informed and Elementz 4 Real will have no obligation to deliver the products. Elementz 4 Real will also proceed quickly to refund the customer of each sum paid.
2. Prices, shipping costs and express delivery
2.1 The customer must pay the price shown on the article page at the time the order is sent. The price shown is inclusive of VAT.
2.2 Express delivery is only available for certain items. When the order is confirmed, the customer will see, if possible, the opportunity to take advantage of the express shipping and additional costs. By means of express delivery the goods will be delivered within 2 working days, under penalty of reimbursement to the customer of the shipping costs incurred.
3. Payment methods
3.1 Elementz 4 Real allows customers to be able to make payments in different ways, such as credit card, bank transfer, Paypal, discount coupon or gift certificate. It should be noted that Elementz 4 Real only accepts payments that come from bank accounts within the EU and that the customer will have to bear any costs related to the transaction.
3.2 For purchases made by credit card, the amount is charged when the order is shipped.
4. Use of discount coupons
4.1 Discount vouchers are not purchased but are offered to the public by Elementz 4 Real as part of promotional campaigns.
4.2 Discount vouchers can be used only once and in a single order, within the specified validity period. It is possible that the use of a promotional voucher is subject to a minimum amount of expenditure.
4.3 The total amount of the items purchased must necessarily be equal to or greater than the value of the discount coupon. In the event that the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the value of all the products ordered, it will be necessary to pay the difference using one of the payment methods indicated in the previous article 3.
5. Use of gift vouchers
5.1 Gift vouchers can be purchased and used for the purchase of products, but not for the purchase of other gift vouchers. In the event that the value of the voucher is not sufficient to cover the value of all the products ordered, it will be necessary to pay the difference using one of the payment methods indicated in the previous article 3.
5.2 Gift vouchers cannot be refunded in cash.
6. Right of withdrawal for items Elementz 4 Real
In the event that the item you purchased on Elementz 4 Real is unfortunately not to your liking, you still have 14 days from receipt of the item to exercise the right of withdrawal, even for items on sale. To take advantage of the return it is necessary to use the return label delivered together with the items purchased.
6.1 Effects of withdrawal
Following the withdrawal exercised by the customer, Elementz 4 Real will refund any payment made by the customer including shipping costs within 14 days from the communication of the intention to exercise the right of withdrawal. The refund will be made with the same instrument used for the payment, and in any case the customer will not have to face any costs as a result of the return. The customer must necessarily return the goods within 14 days from the moment in which he expressed his intention to exercise the right of withdrawal.
6.2 Conditions for withdrawal:
Each item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, therefore neither washed nor modified or altered, with the original tags attached.
The goods must be returned to Elementz 4 Real in a single package.
Returns can only be accepted if made from the same country of origin:a product delivered for example in Italy, can only be returned from Italy. Otherwise, the return cannot be free and shipping costs will be applied. It is not possible to return customized products.
7. Refunds
7.1 Refunds are made directly to the account or payment instrument used at the time of purchase. In the event that the items subject to reimbursement have been purchased through a gift voucher, Elementz 4 Real will re-credit the relative amount to the customer's account.

9. Warranty for defects and non-conformities of the products and additional information
10.1 All purchases made on Elementz 4 Real are subject to the rules of the Consumer Code regarding guarantees for product discrepancies and defects. The customer will therefore see the rights referred to in art. 130 of the Consumer Code and these rights must be exercised under the terms of art. 132 of the Consumer Code itself.

11. Applicable law
11.1 These General Conditions of Sale, as well as the sales contracts, are governed by Italian law and must be interpreted on the basis of it.
